Human Resource

NBNVS has five full time (two males and three females) and 45 part time (31 males and 14 females) workers. In addition, there are about 55 volunteers who actively participate in all the activities and programmes of the organisation. The chief functionary of the organisation Ajhar Ali is an experienced social activist and well qualified professional with MSW and PGDRD degrees.

Infrastructure

NBNVS has well-furnished and equipped office-cum-training centre which can accommodate about 30 people, four motorcycles, six computers with five printers and internet facility, furniture, tables and chairs, cupboards, audio visual equipment and others.
